Triceps Press

Muscles Worked:

Triceps Brachii [lateral head, medial head, long head]

Machine Information:


  • Angled back pad provides stabilization without need for seat belt
  • Easy access allows users to comfortably perform exercise
  • Oversized pressing handles and traditional dip-style handles rotate in two positions to provide exercise variety and adapt to different size users

Key Points:

  • Keep feet flat on the ground, shoulder width apart, and knees bent at 90 degrees
  • Make sure to keep your back flat against the back pad
  • Keep elbows as close to your sides as possible while performing the exercise to fully engage your triceps and eliminate the use of your shoulder muscles
  • Do not arch your back
  • Exhale as you straighten your arms down and inhale as you bend your arms up

Triceps Extension

Hammer Strength

Muscles Worked:

Triceps Brachii [lateral head, medial head, long head]

Machine Information:

– Tricep Extension allows users to stimulate bodyweight dips with resistance in small increments.  Handgrips adjust in the width for any size user and a seatbelt is included for training with heavier-than-bodyweight resistance.

Key Points:

  • Line your elbows up with the red, circular pivot point
  • Keep your back flat against the back pad, chest out, and abs tight
  • Keep your feet flat on the floor, shoulder width apart, and knees bent at 90 degrees
  • Keep elbows on the pad throughout the exercise
  • Use only your triceps to move the weight- DO NOT lean into the weight
  • Inhale as you bend your arms and exhale as you straighten them
